1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the llms.click service ("Service"), operated by [Company Name] located at [Address], VAT [VAT] ("we", "our"), the user fully accepts these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

llms.click is a SaaS platform that analyzes publicly accessible websites to evaluate their discoverability to AI spiders and search engines. The Service includes:

• Automated technical analysis of public URLs
• Score across 6 categories (structured data, content, URL, metadata, accessibility, performance)
• Generation of ready-to-use files and code snippets
• Analysis history and competitor comparison (paid plans)
• Automatic monitoring (Silver plans and above)

3. Registration and account

Some features require creating an account. The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials
• Notify us promptly in case of unauthorized access to the account
• Not create accounts on behalf of third parties without explicit authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of violation of these Terms.

4. Plans and payments

The Service is available in a free plan and paid plans with monthly or annual billing. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable.

4.1 Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion, without the need to provide reasons (art. 52 Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise the right of withdrawal: hello@llms.click. The right of withdrawal expires if the execution of the service has begun with the user's express consent.

4.2 Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No proportional refunds are provided for early cancellations, except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

By using the Service, the user agrees not to:

• Analyze websites without the owner's authorization, in violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or equivalent regulations
• Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempt to overload, compromise or interfere with the Service infrastructure
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization
• Automated scraping of results via unauthorized bots or scripts

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, texts and trademarks, is owned by [Company Name] and protected by intellectual property laws. The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights by using the Service. Reports and files generated from the analysis of your own site are owned by the user who commissioned them.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the analysis results are complete, accurate or suitable for a specific purpose. The suggestions provided are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the damage.

Note for EU consumers: Limitations of liability do not apply to damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence, nor to non-waivable rights provided by consumer protection regulations.

8. Service availability

We commit to ensuring Service availability at 99.0% on a monthly basis (excluding scheduled maintenance with 24-hour notice). In case of extended outages, paid plan users may request proportional credit.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For EU consumer users, the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of residence apply. For disputes with EU consumers, the European Commission's ODR platform is available: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
